The Welch CRVpro series is the latest innovation in the high vacuum, direct-driven vacuum space. Vacuum users can expect increased reliability and longer service live when compared to other direct drive, rotary vane vacuum pumps.

• Consumes up to 36% less oil than comparable pumps
• Runs 10°C cooler than comparable pumps. This reduced the degradation of vacuum pump oil, increasing the running time between service intervals.
• Has a 40% larger oil capacity than comparable pumps. Dilutes aggressive chemicals.
• Has a chemical resistant coating in the oil case and pump module. Protects non-moving parts.

The Welch 8905A Direct Drive vacuum pump is a robust vacuum pump for applications requiring pressures < 50 Torr. The  8905A achieves < 0.050 Torr with a pumping speed of 51 liters/min (1.8 CFM).

These small direct drive, oil sealed vacuum pumps should not be operated continuously at pressures above 50 Torr. Operating this vacuum pump at higher pressure will induce excessive oil spraying from the exhaust of the vacuum pump causing premature failure and void warranty. Please consult your Chemtech Scientific Representative for consultation, should the ultimate pressure of your process run above 50 Torr
