Electrolux Euroclean UZ930 Panther single speed commercial vacuum cleaner carry handle, complete with hose bezel. It's located at the front of the silver barrel.

The handle has a hole in for a simple metal J catch to hold on the lid. There is no spring or pin. You'll have to retain these parts.
